Pay 2008, after a day of Strike Action, CoSLA returned to the negotiating table in August. A new offer of 2.5% for one year as our new pay deal. (Rather than a 3 year offer of 2.5% each year)

We are asked our UNISON Members what they wish to do next?

From the following options, here are the results...

1. Accept this new offer. (40%)

2. Reject this new offer and have another Strike Day. (18%)

3. Reject this new offer and have a further 2 Days of Strike Action. (18%)

4. Reject this new offer and extend the Strike Action to Selective Groups of Staff. (20%)

5. I prefer not to vote as I did not Strike on the Industrial Action Day in August. (4%)
