VOTE UNISON asked you about your thoughts on Scottish Borders Council Spending for 2007/08. Each Department have their own spending Budget. Do you think the Budgets are wisely planned and spending is well judged and achieving Best Value? From the following 5 Options, the results came in as follows. Option 1. I think spending is always well planned. ( 0% ) Option 2. I think spending is fairly well planned, but budgets are too under funded to work with. ( 6% ) Option 3. I think spending could be far better managed, especially near the close of year. ( 10% ) Option 4. I think spending could be far better managed all year round. ( 78% ) Option 5. I have no strong opinions on Spending. ( 6% )
