VOTE UNISON asked you how many hours you work unpaid in 2008. Work Your Proper Hours Day (22 Feb 2008) is the day when the average person who does unpaid overtime finishes the unpaid days they do every year, and starts earning for themselves. From the following 5 Options, our votes came in as follows. Option 1. I only work my contracted hours. (28%) Option 2. I always get paid for any extra hours I work. (14%) Option 3. I regularly work up to 2 hours a week unpaid. (22%) Option 4. I regularly work between 2 and 8 hours a week unpaid. (35%) Option 5. I regularly work over 8 hours a week unpaid.
